Q: Why doesn't my balance reflect the discount when I enter my promo code and hit update on the promo code page?
A: Once you hit update you may proceed and the discount will reflect on the current and final page of checkout along with how much you saved.
Q: Why didnt I receive a confirmation email for registration, purchase or order completion?
A: Emails are completed automated upon completion of registration, purchase and completion of your order. The only ways that you will not receive any email confimations is if you did not supply a valid email address and it kicked back or your emails went directly into your bulk mail or junk folder of your email account that you registered with. Please check that before you contact us. This most frequently happens with yahoo email accounts.
Q: How long will my caramel apple gifts stay fresh?
A: Our apple gifts are best enjoyed soon after receipt. If you're unable to enjoy it immediately, place your apple gift in the refrigerator. Typically, if refrigerated, apple gifts will remain fresh for one to two weeks. Since the apples are made fresh to order remember to deduct the amount of time in transit from the 2 weeks.
Q: How do I serve the apples?
A: If necessary, allow your apple gift to return to room temperature by removing it from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
Q: How will my gourmet gifts be shipped?
A: We ship most of our gifts via UPS (United Parcel Service) and Priority Mail upon our personal discretion.
Q: Is shipping ever delayed?
A: Though UPS is an extremely reliable shipping agent, there are times when even they are unable to provide on-time delivery, such as during extreme weather situations, national emergencies etc. We ask for your patience during these delays and promise to get your gift to its destination as soon as possible.
Q: Do you offer secure ordering?
A: Yes, a secure server running the latest 128-bit encryption handles all payments. It is one of the safest ways to order online.

A: We accept Paypal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Check and Money Order

A: Your credit card will be charged the day of purchase.

A: Only customers that choose to pick up thier items at our retail location which is located at 190 Remsen St Cohoes, NY or one of the local farmers markets that we reguarly attend during the summer months.
