Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Monitor displays are simulated. Monitors are not included with computer systems unless specified. Online sales are intended for, and limited to, personal use and domestic sales only. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance. We do not review or edit any portion of gift messages and disclaim all responsibility for their content. We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy of any map or direction presented on our website.
If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. We will not ship to foreign locations. Any Guarantee for exported Products may vary or be null and void.
Payment types we accept online
We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: PayPal Express Checkout, Check / Money Order MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple products in a single order, and we'll accept one credit card for each order.
We do accept online-only or virtual credit cards as long as they are issued by one of the credit card companies listed above. However, due to the requirements of these companies, these cards can only be used for website orders that are shipped. We do not accept online-only or virtual cards as a form of payment on Express Pickup orders.
We are unable to accept C.O.D. orders and wire transfers for any website purchases. If you would like to make a purchase using cash please visit our local locations shown on our website.
Sales tax policy
We do business throughout the United States and accordingly collect sales and use tax as required by applicable law. Your confirmation of your order total will reflect the applicable state and local sales tax, if any. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped, delivered or picked up.
For any online purchase of a tax-exempt item during a sales tax holiday period, by completing the purchase, you certify that the item is being purchased for personal use only and you agree to assume liability for the applicable tax if the item is used for other than personal use.
Shipping Delays
Though UPS is an extremely reliable shipping agent, there are times when even they are unable to provide on-time delivery, such as during extreme weather situations, national emergencies etc. We ask for your patience during these times and promise to get your gift to its destination as soon as possible. Freshly prepared apples will be shipped as soon as proper delivery resumes. Please remember that UPS does not delivery ground service on the weekends or holidays. The only time that UPS (United Parcel Service) delivers on the weekend is their expedited air services (next day and 2nd day air Saturday delivery).
Address Correction and Intercept Charges
We do what we can to make sure that a package that is being shipped by us goes to a legitimate and correct address. Our verification is very minimal because we trust, and it's the responsibility of the person that has placed the order to make sure that it is going to the correct location. Please have the correct recipient name, street address, city, zip code, company name and suite or apt # if necessary. The more information the better. Our items are enjoyed best when they spend minimal time in transit and not an extended period due to incorrect addresses. When an order is placed on our site you have agreed to provide us with the correct address and if we are billed a service charge through UPS for a incorrect address we then reserve the right to bill your credit card that you made payment with the exact amount that we were billed from UPS. We can provide you with verification of the charge made to us upon your request.
The 2010 UPS Charges for address corrections are:
$10.00 for all UPS Ground and Domestic
$11.00 for all Air Serivices including Next Day, Second Day and 3 Day Select.
The charge for package intercepts are $10.00 (meaning to intercept your parcel before it reaches its final destination for return or address correction)
Extreme Heat Shipping
Please be advised that we include insulated heat protection w/ice packs but cannot guarantee against melting for every state being shipped to. Shipping our products are up to the full discretion and responsibility of the purchaser. Please verify temperatures in the specific state that you are shipping to. Because of the above disclamer; refunds will not be issued due to melting.
