Multiple Gift Recipeint List
We offer a downloadable form that you can fill out in completion to ship gifts to multiple recipients. Here are the steps needed to resubmit the form back to us after download. First, fill out the form with all of the necessary information to completion. Second; save the file as Sticky Fingers Multiple Recipient List - (your companies name).
Finally, email the file back as an attachment to sales@stickyfingersapples.com
After we receive the file back we will process the orders from the spreadsheet and insert the tracking numbers into the shipping fields. Once the shipping fields are filled and the all of the products are sent we will email the updated spreadsheet with the completed service and tracking information back to you for your records.

You can customize or personalize your Sticky Fingers Gourmet Apple gifts for your clients, associates and employees with our jumbo Granny Smith gourmet apples and other various confections smothered in our creamy caramel, premium chocolate and gourmet toppings. . Personalized gifts provide that special touch in saying Thank You for your commitment and showing appreciation or sentiment.
We offer the following available personalized options:
Custom Stickers
Place a sticker with your company logo on any of our packaging.
· Minimum order of 50 gifts.
· Logo artwork needed 3 weeks prior to shipping date.
· Add $1.50 per gift plus a $75 set up fee.
Special Inserts
Want to add your own information? You can include business cards, your company holiday card or corporate info into your gift’s package.
· Minimum order of 10 gifts.
· Inserts must arrive at our location 2 weeks prior to ship date.
· For 10 or more gifts, add a $10 flat fee.
Free Custom Gift Card with Company Logo
· No Minimum order.
· We must be notified 2 weeks prior to ship date.
· All of the gift cards have to have the same message & logo.
Free Gift Ribbon & Personalized Gift Card
Send our gourmet caramel apples, and we’ll package them in our elegant gift packaging complete with a Sticky Fingers gold & brown ribbon, gold label and personalized gift card message. This is a great addition for any single gift; that is going to a single recipient. You can also add your company logo in them if you choose.
How & When You Will Be Charged
There is not currently a way to calculate these custom costs within our website, so therefore after your order is placed please contact us via phone or our fill out our contact page and let us know which option that you would like to choose and arrangements will be made to receive your information from there. After any of these personal special order services are chosen there are no refunds for any reason.
After we have confirmation of your personalized choice the appropriate charges will be billed to your credit card that your original order was placed with.
